Finding a nail salon in Bangkok
This page isn't a ranking of recommended salons. It's a neutral area guide to help you find nail salons in Bangkok starting from where you live (nailmap.bkk is "mapped, not ranked"). Each area's salon list lives on its own page — this guide is just orientation: notes on each area, and one link to the listings.
The largest cluster, where most long-term residents live and where the most salons are mapped. Covers Asok, Phrom Phong, Thong Lo and Ekkamai — all on the BTS Sukhumvit line, so it's easy to start from the closest station. With this many listings, narrowing by rating and review count is practical.
Where the office district and residential streets overlap. Reachable via the BTS Silom line and the MRT — easy to stop by on the way home from work on weekdays.
Central Bangkok — easy to drop in while running errands or shopping at the malls.
A residential area that has grown in popularity in recent years. The quieter feel makes independent salons easier to find here.
Along the river. An option for residents who prefer a calmer environment.
Choosing an area · reading the numbers
- Narrow by BTS/MRT line — Bangkok traffic is unpredictable, so starting from the nearest station makes a salon easier to revisit.
- On review counts: a high star rating with only a handful of reviews tells you less than the number suggests. Look at both rating and review count. Numbers here are a measure of "how many people have visited," not a quality score.
Before you book
Each salon's contact details (LINE, phone, etc.) are the ones it has published. Booking conventions vary by salon — please check via the link on each listing.
Mapped, not ranked. No ads, no sponsored placement, no pay-to-rank. Listings are compiled from public sources; ratings are from Google. Salons can request corrections or removal — no charge.
